Purewool is 100% New Zealand wool with nothing else at all. It’s so natural it even smells a bit like nature. All our Purewool comes directly from the farms here and then undergoes a unique crimping process that gives it incredible volume and resilience.

Our Wool and Latex meets OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, a globally standardised, independent mark of quality for textile products. This certification assures our material meets extremely strict limit values for several hundred harmful substances, including pesticides, carcinogenic colourants and heavy metals.

Straight from the fields to the plate, well almost! The products we use are so close to raw that they smell a bit like nature. PureWool, Latex, Coir, Linen, Cotton, Hemp, NZ Timber and cardboard. We don’t use any sprays, glues or chemicals in our process. Each Woola product is made by hand.

The benefits of organic mattresses and sleep environments may surprise you. The properties of wool and the complex structure of latex combined into a mattress, covered in linen/cotton blend fabric is a simple recipe.

Every part of the mattress can be broken down and recycled. The manufacturing process contains no glues and no plastic products.

Whatever leaves our factory, packaged products or waste is challenged by our slogan maximise our environment, minimise our footstep.

The story is simple! The concept is simple!

By sticking to our three traditional rules we keep it simple.
